Haven't been gently rocked enough yet at Arise? Do you need to be held? Come with a partner to the Healers Village for a practice in Nurture Dance. This is not your typical dance, we will be primarily ground based, combining elements of Restorative Contact Improvisation, Partner Massage and common care. We will give guidance on various ways for couples to offer each other nurturing movement and touch. Wear clothing that will allow for free movement and secure coverage.
