As humans, we become attached to our world, our ideas, our relationships, our opinions, our material things. Sometimes, those attachments burden us–we feel heavy, worried, stagnant, or anxious. It is time to put that burden down! Yoga offers us the path to freedom. Vairagya, the yogic practice of non-attachment, allows us to liberate ourselves from the issues, memories, ideas, and objects that don’t serve us! During this workshop I will guide you to use your breath and movement to change your energy and physically, emotionally, and mentally release all of the stuff weighing you down, draining your energy, and distracting you from being your True Self and living your life in grateful awareness. Ultimately, you will awaken the passionate spirit within so that you have the courage to drop that heavy burden! You will feel refreshed: lighter, stronger, and more positively focused.
